Brazier / Plancha (stainless steel)

Like any machine that allows you to cook, you will need to heat up the plate before you start. It is important to know that a brazier requires some preparation beforehand so that the grill is hot when you start cooking your food. In order for your brazier to work properly start by placing small pieces of wood (sticks) in the fireplace area.

Once the sticks are in place, you can start filling the fireplace with larger blocks. While you are using the brazier, if you notice that the flames are starting to fade, it is a sign that you need to add more firewood.

The brazier offers you the possibility of cooking in a healthier way than on a barbecue. In fact, not placing food directly on top of the flame means it can never be burned.

Even so, the fact that the plate is in the shape of a circle allows it to be cooked in different areas of the brazier, that is, it gives the possibility to cook different recipes at different temperatures and at the same time.

Place 2/3 wood blocks in the Q6 fireplace and use kindling for heating. Combustion is carried out with the blocks palced verticaly to properly heat the cooking space. Use a brush or cloth to put the oil on the plate.
