Propane and Butane Gas Burner

WARNING: The gas burners are designed exclusively for MONTANA series ovens. Misterovens does not guarantee or take responsibility for the use of these gas burners in any ovens other than the MONTANA models. The burners were developed by Misterovens in partnership with an industrial manufacturer in Portugal, specialized for over 40 years in the production of gas thermal equipment. This burner can be installed and removed in just a few seconds, as it simply fits into the lower-left corner of the oven door on the front side.

Gas regulator model for this burner: Propane/Butane regulator. Regulators rated at 37 mBar are compatible with 13 kg gas cylinders.
If you wish to use natural gas (city gas), please contact us, as a different nozzle will be required.

USAGE:
– Propane gas: 37 mBar regulators, 4 kg.
– Butane gas: 28 mBar regulators, 1.5 kg.
– Do not use the wood and gas systems simultaneously.

Compatible models:

• Montana EVO / CHEFS, model Q600 – Gas burner Q600, 60 cm in length.

• Montana Eighties / Montana 85, model Q800 – Gas burner Q800, 80 cm in length.

• Montana Spazioso / Cube, Montana Spazioso XXL / XXL Cube, Montana Eighties XXL, model Q1000 – Gas burner Q1000, 100 cm in length.

These burners are composed of:

• A carbon steel tube that allows flame output along its entire length;

• A copper valve that allows flame intensity to be adjusted using a rotary knob;

• A safety valve that completely shuts off the gas flow if the flame goes out.

Note: Do not use the burner without first reading the user manual and safety instructions. Please follow all usage and safety guidelines provided with the burner.

Standards for equipment with trailers and trucks: standard D35-360.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS:

• The gas burner warranty is only valid upon receipt of a document certifying that the installation was properly carried out by a certified gas professional.
• This installation certification must be sent to Misterovens in order to activate the warranty of the burner.
• We disclaim all responsibility if this procedure is not followed. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to make any adjustments to the burner. Any modifications must also be carried out by a certified professional. Any attempt by an unqualified person to adjust the burner will be considered a fault, and Misterovens will not be held liable for any problems resulting from such actions.
• It is important to emphasize that gas is dangerous. Proper use and adherence to the supplier’s recommendations, as well as those of the professional who performed the installation, are essential for safety.
• This information is available on our website and is also provided to the customer by email at the time of purchase, along with a document included with the burner. It is therefore essential to comply with these conditions in order to benefit from the warranty.
