The Montana Spazioso 85 oven is designed for professionals and enthusiasts. It allows for the simultaneous cooking of 3 pizzas, but pizzaiolos prefer to cook two pizzas at a time due to the faster cooking time. This oven was created in response to customer demand for a compromise between the Montana Evo and the Montana Spazioso wood-fired oven. It is compatible with our Q800 gas burner and offers great mobility due to its size and weight.
With a 3-year warranty, the Spazioso 85 wood-fired oven is not limited to pizza and offers a variety of cooking options.
Made of stainless steel with a carbon steel cover (also available in a fully stainless steel version).
